Movement Assessments


Poor squat technique with the heels rising during execution
Poor basic strength
Poor core stability
Poor running mechanics, forefoot contact even at low speeds


Background


The athlete has no previous experience in strength and conditioning training, having never used free weights or resistance machines. Running on her toes causes the athlete to fatigue quickly. She also has bilateral gluteus medius weakness which requires attention.
